1. Download browser Mozilla Firefox if you don't have it
2. Download and install the free version of the plugin for Mozilla Firefox - iMacros  from here: http://imacros.net/download
At the very bottom where it says iMacros Free Versions !!!
3. After installing iMacros, at the upper right corner will be blue button with yellow dot, you can click on it and you will see that the left window opened plugin.
